* Duxseal - #8100 Putty Series 는
1300℃ 화재현장에서 화염과 가스등을 완전히 차단하여 화재를 완전히 차단할 수 있는 화재방지 시스템에
필수적인 씨링제로서 원자력 발전소, 화력 발전소, 열병합 발전소, 화학공장 및 정유공장 등에서 화재로
인한 대형 사고가 예상되는 특수 건축물의 화재방지와 차단을 위한 방화 씨링제.


* Duxseal - #8200 Putty Series 는
표면경화형 씨링제로서 작업성이 용이하며 시공이 편리하여 화재 발생시 수 시간까지 내화가 가능하며
특수 방화벽이나 층간 방화벽을 설치할 필요없이 직접설치하고 건물 내에 각종 Cable, Pipe-Line, Duct
등을 화재로부터 완벽히 보호되도록 하는 씨링제.


* Duxseal - #8300 Putty Series 는
SOLA-60 Class 화염방재 씨링제로서 전선관과 케이불의 출입구, 벽과 벽사이 의 관통부 와 Cable Duct,
Pipe-Line, Air Duct등은 건물 내부 수직 또는 수평으로 관통되고 있어 화재 발생 시 연통역할을 하게 되므로
급격히 화재가 확산되는 역할을 하게 되고 유해 Gas의 통로가 되어 많은 인명피해와 재산피해를 발생케하는
원인을 차단할 수 있는 불연성 씨링제.


* Duxseal - #8400 Putty Seriess 는
Gas 및 화재 확산의 주원인 인 건물 내의 각종 Cable, Pipe-Line, Duct, Curtain Wall, Joint 등 개구부(Opening)
등을 효과적으로 밀폐시켜 화재로부터 보호, 방사선 차단, 유독 Gas 차단 등의 역할을 할 수 있는
Fire Stop Sealing Compound.

* Duxseal-Putty series *

Duxseal-Putty series is a special putty we developed for sealing-up purposes in Power Plant & shipbuilding. In combination with our Duxseal-Putty Sealing Compound the permanently elastic Duxseal is optimal for sealing-up cable transits. Beyond that, Duxseal-Putty series is a highly suitable for sealing cylinders, flanges, joint boxes, cable protecting pipes, etc. Duxseal-putty is fire resistant, does not drip and is not injurous to health. Resistant to water, sea water, petroleum products, salt solutions and steam Duxseal has withstanding temperatures from -30℃ to +1500℃ also excellent adhesion to cables and metal. Duxseal is compatible with all types of cables used in Power Plant & Shipbuilding.

* Duxseal-Liquid series *

Duxseal-Liquid Sealing Compound is the ideal product for fireproof, gas- and watertight sealing of cable transits in bulkheads and decks of type Sola- A60. Duxseal-Liquid sealing compound is suitable for all types of cables used in Power Plant & shipbuilding. Duxseal-Liquid series is non-toxic, in com bus table and does not harm the skin. Duxseal 2-component sealing Compound is made only of inorganic raw materials. Duxseal two components with unlimited shelf life: Powder and the original Hardener. An extensive investigation proved that cable specimens in contact with Duxseal-Liquid series showed neither corrosion nor change on the surface. All tested cable specimens still met the requirements of DIN 89158, DIN 89159 and DIN 89160 after six weeks of contact with Duxseal- under exposure of water. Moreover, Duxseal-Liquid series conforms to the specification of both IEC 92-3 and JIS 3410. This grants you the highest safety level - in non polluting quality. To prepare the Duxseal compound, one part of hardener and two parts of powder are simply mixed in a vessel either by hand or with use of a stirrer. After that, the compound can be poured into the cable ducts which should be presealed by using our specially developed Duxseal-Putty series. Duxseal - the perfectly safe, non-polluting easy-to-use Sealing Compound.

Installation

* Duxseal Electric Bus Bar the system comprises of a steel pipe duct in which the “SPC Electronic
* BD2-/LDA7475-1.5,or BD2-800-SO-1-bus bar trunking system is sealed with sealing compound
* Geaquello E950 at a sealing length of 180 mm.

* Duxseal the bus bar trunking system itself is protected by two 60 mm thick fire mats,
* Rockwool RPB15 (density:140 kg/m3), and sealing compound,
* Flammadur E292 110 mm thick.
* Front walls consist of 25 mm swell modules, R312 and R380, impregnated with liquid, E824.
* Maximum aperture size of penetration: 355.5 mm in diameter. Maximum combination of transits: 2.
* Maximum busbar size/configuration: defined by the dimension of the BD2-and LDA7-busbar trunking system

Water tightness before fire exposure :
* Up to 2.5 bar (2.5 atm) over 30 minutes

Gas tightness before fire exposure :
* Up to 30 mbar (0.03 atm) over 30 minutes
